Emma's 30-Day guarantee is a satisfaction guarantee. We guarantee you'll be 100% satisfied with the platform or else we do not want to keep your money. Within 30-days of purchase, you can cancel your account and ask for a refund for any reason (or no reason at all) and we'll happily oblige. it's as simple as sending an email to [email protected] and asking for it.

Most likely yes! But we're not accountants... As long as you're using Emma to run your business and help get you more clients, all Emma charges are 100% tax-deductible. However, we do recommend you speak to a tax professional before deducting Emma charges on your taxes because we do not know your situation 100%.

The "above standard use" charges exist because we're small and are NOT taking any Silicon Valley money. We use third party services to facilitate the communication and AI functions of Emma and we directly incur those costs. However, we do provide you with what we've seen as "normal" usage limits so 99% of the time you will not incur any additional costs. You'll only incur nominal additional charges if you see a big spike in activity. (However, this usually means you made money so it's covered anyway.)

Cancelling Emma is actually easier than opening your account. Inside the settings menu there is a clear "cancel" button and it's simply one-click (two if you count the "are you sure?" click) to cancel your account. We'll hold your data for 6 months post-cancellation in case you change your mind and decide to come back.

Not from us! While you will incur payment processing fees from whichever payment provider you choose (we integrate directly with Stripe & Square, but can handle any processor through the API) those charges will come directly from the processor, not us.

No problem! If you already have a website, Emma's elements can easily be embedded into your existing pages and will work as if they're on an Emma-built website. However, if you do not have a website or feel it's janky, Emma has a built in drag-and-drop website editor and every account comes pre-loaded with a website template ready to go.
